Booking and Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Payment

  • In-home mobile services must be booked via email, text, or phone.

  • In-clinic bookings can be made online or by contacting us directly.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. If using a gift voucher, 50% of the voucher value will be applied to secure the booking.

2. Arrival Time

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time to settle in before treatment.

3. Health & Safety

  • Please inform us before your appointment if you are pregnant or have any injuries or skin conditions, via your intake form, or directly so we can tailor your treatment accordingly.

4. Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, your appointment will still end at the scheduled time, and the full fee will apply.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Missed appointments or no-shows will be charged the full 100% treatment cost.

  • If a gift voucher was used to secure the booking, the relevant amount will be deducted.

6. Provider Cancellations

  • If we need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer to reschedule or provide a full refund/credit.

7. Legal

  • This policy is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
