Booking and Cancellation Policy

At Restored with Mon, I offer massage therapy that supports you through different seasons of life—whether you're seeking relief, restoration, or simply a pause in your week.
This policy outlines how bookings, cancellations, payments, and rebates are managed to ensure clear and respectful expectations. If anything is unclear or you need further detail, you're always welcome to get in touch.
Booking a Session
All sessions are by appointment only.
You can book online (Currently offline due to parental leave upcoming)
New clients will be asked to complete a intake form and agree to our Client Terms & Conditions during the booking process.
Payment
Payment is required on the day of your appointment, unless otherwise arranged.
A receipt will be emailed to you after your session, which you can use for private health fund claiming where applicable.
Feeling Unwell
If you're feeling unwell, please let me know as soon as possible. Your wellbeing, and mine, are important. I appreciate your care and consideration.
Cancellations and Missed Appointments
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee (e.g. $60 for a 60-minute session).
Missed or forgotten appointments without notice may be charged at the full session fee.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your appointment, your session may be shortened out of respect for the following client’s booking. The full session fee will still apply.
Health Fund Rebates
Health fund rebates are available for remedial, pregnancy, and postpartum massage (if covered by your provider, please check your extras).
I do not offer on-site HICAPS but will provide an invoice suitable for claiming.
Availability
I offer appointments at two clinic locations:
• Kyneton: Mondays, Tuesdays and Saturdays
• Gisborne (The Ritual Skin & Wellness Clinic): Wednesdays onlyIn-home postpartum massage is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays and must be booked via email.
