Gift Voucher Policy

Validity:
Gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase.

Usage:
Gift vouchers can be used for any treatment of equal value or to upgrade to a different treatment. They cannot be combined with promotional offers or discounts.

E-Gift Vouchers:
E-gift vouchers are sent to the recipient's email address with a link to a PDF file. You may choose to send the e-gift certificate directly to the recipient or to yourself for forwarding or printing.

Lost or Stolen E-Gift Vouchers:
If your e-gift certificate is lost, misplaced, or stolen, please contact us with your email, tax receipt, or original order number. While we will do our best to assist you, we cannot replace vouchers that have already been redeemed.

Non-Refundable:
E-gift vouchers cannot be reissued, exchanged, or refunded for cash, EFTPOS, credit card, or other gift certificates.

How to Redeem:
To redeem your gift voucher, visit www.restoredwithmon.com.au and make a booking. In the comments section, include your gift voucher details when scheduling your appointment.

Split Payments:
If your order total exceeds the remaining value on your gift voucher, you can pay the difference using standard payment methods.

Multiple Gift Vouchers:
You can use multiple gift vouchers for a single order.

Email Delivery Timing:
Specific delivery times for e-gift vouchers cannot be scheduled. If you wish to send the email at a later time, select the "Email to You" option at checkout. You can then forward the email or PDF at your chosen time.

Delivery Method:
After purchase, the gift voucher will be delivered as follows:

• Email to Recipient: The recipient will receive an email with the gift voucher message and code.

• Email to You: You will receive an email with the gift voucher details, which you can print. To preview and customise the email customers receive, visit Customer Email Notifications.

Promotional Offers:
Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offers or discounts.

Policy on Price Increases:
If you purchase a gift voucher before 31 December 2024, the voucher will be honoured for the service at the current price, even if the price increases after 1 January 2025. There will be no price difference or gap payment required when redeeming your voucher.

Policy on Future Price Increases:
If there are any price increases beyond 31 December 2024, vouchers purchased before the price change will still be honoured at the original price for the services indicated, without any gap payment required. We will always ensure that any updates to our pricing are communicated clearly, and rest assured, your gift voucher will not be affected by future price adjustments as long as it’s redeemed in accordance with the terms stated.

Planned and Unforeseen Circumstances (e.g., Temporary Breaks or Business Closures):
In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, such as a temporary break or business closures (including planned leave), the validity period of your gift voucher will be extended to ensure you can redeem your treatment when I am available again. I will always communicate any planned changes in advance to avoid any inconvenience to you.

Gift vouchers are a perfect gift for any occasion! The recipient can choose from a variety of treatments, ensuring a personalised and restorative experience. Whether it's a relaxation, pregnancy or remedial massage, your loved ones can redeem the voucher for any treatment that suits them.
